	Meet our team at Hop River Concrete: We understand at Hop River that a company is only as good as the people who are on the job. The folks we list below are only part of the Hop River team. The rest of our folks are out there on site every day, making it happen. Below are some of the key players at Hop River, but we are well aware that without every player, there is no team.
	Peter P. Jacques		Employment Information:
	President, founder. Thirty-six years in the construction industry. B.S. Degree - Central CT State University - 1974. Individual technology - Construction Management. Member of CT. ABC, Willimantic Chamber of Commerce, CT. Sub Contract Association, American Concrete Contractors, The Mankind Project of New England, Jericho Circle Project and International Lodge Keepers Society. Former construction trades instructor for the Capitol Region Education Council, former Jr. High Industrial Arts Teacher.		We may be looking for someone just like you! 	John Siemienski		Employment Facts:
	Vice President. University of Hartford graduate 1973; BS in Marketing. Twenty-Eight years experience in Commercial Contracting, Estimating, Sales and Project Management. Work experience: Construction Manager for major sub-contractor Divisions (Drywall, Carpentry, Concrete). John has managed major construction projects (Malls, High Rise Buildings, Corporate Headquarters, Town School Projects, State Projects, Commercial Retail Buildings and Commercial Office Buildings.		Hop River Concrete employs roughly 55 people at any time. These include a number of high quality Foremen and Site Managers and of course many hands to get the work of the job done ON TIME and ON BUDGET.
	Jim Hammond
	Jim Hammond has been with Hop River since July, 2000. Jim has worked in various areas of the construction field since 1993. As one of our Project Managers, Jim is responsible for project planning and execution, he also handles the scheduling of our manpower and projects. Jim is currently working on a degree in Construction Management at Central Connecticut State University.
	Javier DeMatto
	Javier Joined our team in 2007 as Project Manager, he has a college degree in Civil Engineering from the National University Of Engineering Lima Peru. His work experience over the last 14 years has been in Renovation, Demolition, and Concrete Divisions of Work. He is expanding his skills in Estimating and Project Management.
	Nora Goins
	Nora has been our Construction Payroll Manager since 1997. She brings to Hop River Concrete extensive knowledge in the bookkeeping and accounting fields. Prior to joining Hop River, Nora owned and operated "Bookkeeper's Plus", a full charge bookkeeping service.
	Kathy Magnuson
	Kathy came to Hop River Concrete in 1999 as our part-time bookkeeper and is now our full time Office Comptroller. She brings with her 20 plus years of bookkeeping experience. Along with other duties, Kathy is responsible for AIA billing and collections.
	Ashley Semrow
	Ashley has been with Hop River Concrete since 2004, her Junior year at E.O. Smith High School. She is now a full time student at Manchester Community College and she continues to be our Payables Technician and so much more.
